Awesome place with great hosts. Convienent location for a lot of good riding roads. 1 hour from Boone. Definitely check them out and rent yourself a cabin!

Pam & Dave are AWESOME host for a weekend getaway / party. Wish we could go more often! We always meet up with new friends of like mind, never any drama, just good times and great rides!

Great place to chill with all your biker friends. Ride in a stranger ride out as a friend and family member.

This has been been a favorite place to go for a few years now. Found it by accident when we were out on what was supposed to be a weekend motorcycle trip. Loved it so much we ended up staying beyond the weekend and make it a point to come back every year. The best time to go is during the fall foliage peak. You can take off and have plenty of places to ride with beautiful scenery to look at. Not far at all from local eateries. Located only a few miles from Boone, Blowing Rock, etc... It's a little piece of heaven and a home away from home. Peaceful and quiet, very relaxing. Especially sitting in the swing on front of the cabin. There are smaller cabins available and all run creekside. Annual events, holiday happenings, friendly and accommodating staff. Great place overall!

If you have never been to Riders Roost, you need to give it a try. Ask Pam and Dave About the Rooster Tail...60 miles of God's beauty mapped out to bring you full circle back to The ROOST. I hope to see you there!

From the moment we turn on Elk Creek Rd, I feel the world slip away and I instantly feel the stresses of life melt. It is only when we glide through the gate and hear the familiar bark of Dazzy that I know I am home. Once settled in with a cold drink in hand I decide that I am never leaving. As Pam and Dave make their rounds, greeting the campers, and sharing stories of life; the creek begins to call the this hot weary traveler. Once meals are cooked and consumed and the sun is setting behind the hills, that is when the dancing, singing and brotherhood/sisterhood begins. No one is a stranger, no matter how strange. When my head has had too much music and fun, I retreat back to camp and think about the day. Tomorrow is another day in heaven on earth.
